Travellers want accommodation with a special, preferably homely atmosphere. That is why we have made it our mission to create a place where our guests can feel like temporary locals in Palermo.

We do this because in everything we do, we believe that cultural exchange and friendship between peoples make the world a better place.

We are Eugenio and Adriana, born and raised in Sicily. Eugenio's father opened a BnB in 1977, which is now run by his brother Sergio. So our family has been welcoming guests from all over the world to Palermo for more than 40 years. And that's why we know: it's not easy to find your way around here and let yourself go. For this reason, in addition to a room, we also offer you the right service, information and insider tips.

And this is how we came to our BnB: For a while we worked in Germany: Eugenio as a university lecturer in Italian and Adriana as director of Italian cultural institutes. When we were looking for a residence for our return, we heard that the city wanted to demolish the Palazzo Fenice to build a garage there. We saved the little piece of city history from its car park fate and made it a home for us and our guests.
